ISO 24W21: Focus on 5-star Week (5-start, finally: ran 3 miles!)

5/6 started on 1mg Lunesta for sleep (because Trazodone caused anxiety). So far, slept about 5 to 6 hours per night on 5/6 and 5/7 night

5/8/2024 first time taking Wellbutrin 100 mg (prescribed by Dr Alam). How will it go today?

Yesterday, by 1pm, I felt bad, like numb lips, tension in front head, tension in eyes and senses of anxiety. Could not focus well. Had to spend three hours in the sun. Three hours in the sun helped a lot.


If it does not work, can increase dosage, and also try other non-stimulant

ISO 24W18 eFIT (Finally, a 4.5 star week: I persisted through the fight against my Benzo-related Anxiety)

After 3 hours of Pickleball, I feel finally normal in a long long time.

At this nice moment, I resolve to stand strong in the Lord. First thing is to focus one week at a time, using the childhood 5-star system.

I resolve to return to Jonathan Edwards top 3 resolutions.

1. Find quiet time, after 2 hours of Pickleball or hiking or swimming (yes, once)

2. Write my 2 confessions in my diary perhaps while reading The Famous Confessions Book by Augustine of Hippos, perhaps learn Latin to satisfy my interests  (done)

1. Spend time with SMM for soap making (Yes: 3.5 hours of physical labor to wash patio cover at Tina Jair place, plus 3 hours of hiking)
