ADHD Diary: I took 10mg of Adderall at 12:50am : tomorrow try 5mg only

 On Thursday, Dec 15, 2022, I took my first Aderrall 10mg. It was effective in calming me and allowing me to focus during the MediaTek Winter Party.

Yesterday, I took 10mg at 9am, then at 3pm. It felt a bit too much around 6pm when playing racquetball with Quazi and Vinson Lee.

Today, I got up around 6:30am to feed Mila, then took 3 cups (10 oz each) of Dark Roast coffee (Sumatra by Starbucks).  

By 11am, I sensed brain to be increasingly more sluggish. So I decided to take 10mg at 12:50pm.

Now it is 1:10pm, 20 minutes since the drug. Will I feel normal? When?

At around 1:40pm, I started to feel the effect. I also feel 10mg was overly strong effect.

When did it go away? Around 9:30pm, about 8.5 hours later, when I began to feel calm and happy.
