Returning to China with Family in 2006
The four of us arrived in Beijing early morning on July 27, in time to visit Summer Palace.
During the 3 hours in Summer Palace, Tracy and Taylor loved the boat tour very very much. Taylor kept saying he's a pirate driving a pirate boat. Tracy loved the dragon shaped ferry boats.
We had a little trouble cashing AMEX traveller's checks, because I forgot to pre-sign the checks.
On July 28 we visited Beida campus. Seeing the Unknown Lake again brought back loving tender memories of the 4 college years that shaped a big part of me. I was so lucky to have studies in a flower garden campus.
Many of the classmates were first seen after 20 years, because this was our CS82 reunion at the 20th graduation anniversary.
